About the Competition

国际大学生时尚设计盛典(以下简称大赛)是国内外大学生艺术设计类的专业赛事，已经成功举办十一届，大赛遵循“为‘源·创’助力，为时尚发声”的宗旨。大赛鼓励原创，激发大学生创新思维，以创新设计引领时尚发展、以时尚理念提升设计内涵，挖掘优秀设计人才和作品，促进国内外大学生交流合作。已成为国内外影响力强、知名度高、参与度广的大学生时尚设计品牌赛事。

第十一届国际大学生时尚设计盛典吸引了来自欧洲、美洲、大洋洲和亚洲的15个国家1022所院校19754名大学生49898件作品参赛，共颁发9个类别386个奖项，展现了国内外大学生的设计成果，成就了艺术梦想。

2023年，第十二届国际大学生时尚设计盛典重磅来袭，聚焦时尚艺术，凸显传统文化，褒奖优秀作品。本届大赛设有6个常规赛道（时装设计、时尚配饰、时尚图形、时尚化妆、时尚微视频、时尚摄影）和1个“颐和园”专项命题赛道，尝试新科技新媒介扩展时尚设计新范式，加速新生代原创设计的推陈出新，用心用情讲好文化故事，携手力作，为“源·创”助力，为时尚发声，共赢美好未来。

The 11th International Student Fashion Design Gala attracted 19,754 college students from 1022 colleges and universities in 15 countries in Europe, America, Oceania and Asia, bringing 49,898 works to participate and presented 386 awards in 9 categories. It shows the design achievements of college students at home and abroad, and helps them achieve artistic dreams.

The 12th International Student Fashion Design Gala will hit in 2022, focusing on fashion art, highlighting traditional culture, and rewarding outstanding works. The Competition has 6 regular events (fashion design, accessories, fashion pattern, makeup, micro-film, and photography) and 1 special proposition, the Summer Palace. This Competition tries new technology and new media to explore the new paradigm of fashion design and accelerate the innovation of new generations of original designs, tells the cultural story with heart and affection, works hand in hand with masterpieces to encourage original design, speak for fashion creativity, and win a bright future together.

国际、国内（含港澳台）从事时尚设计、艺术设计的在校博士生、硕士生、本科生、专科生（含应届毕业生）。

参赛要求

（一）参赛作品整体风格时尚现代，具有较强的创新性、艺术性、时尚性，不能涉及政治、色情、暴力、歧视性内容，不得违反中华人民共和国法律法规的各项条款。

Entry requirements

A. The overall style of the entries should be fashionable and modern, with strong innovation, artistry and fashion. Political, pornographic, violent, discriminatory contents arenot allowed, and all submissions must follow the provisions of the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

（二）各项参赛作品具体要求如下：

1.时装设计类：提交作品分为创意设计作品或成衣商业设计作品两类，参赛作品至少3套，要求三套主题一致，报名需提交成衣的高清电子版时尚摄影片，格式JPG，数量至少3张。

a.FashionDesign

At least 3 sets of clothing are required, on an identicaltheme, either creative fashion design or ready-to-wear design. Each entry should submit at least 3 high-definition photos of their works in JPG format for registration.

2.时尚配饰类：配饰包括首饰、箱包、鞋帽三类，每位投稿者限投一类，参赛作品至少3件，要求三件作品为系列作品，报名需提交高清电子版成品摄影片，格式JPG，数量至少3张。

b. Accessories

Accessories include jewelry, bags, shoes and hats. Each entry is limited to one category of accessory, with at least three examples of the chosen accessory type required. Each entry should submit at least 3 high-definition photos of their works in JPG format for registration.

3.时尚图形类：参赛作品至少1幅，要求图形设计具有强烈创新性、主题性，主要应用于纺织、印刷等领域，落在丝巾、服装、软性材料等载体，颜色设置为CMYK格式，分辨率不低于300dpi，以jpg或tif文件格式提交。

c. Fashion Pattern

It should be original work, related to the theme and belong to textiles, printing or other related fields, printed on carriers such as silk scarves, clothing, and soft materials.The entry should be submitted in jpg. or tif. format, and the resolution should not be less than 300dpi, with colors in CMYK format.

4.时尚化妆类：参赛作品至少1套，要求妆发设计时尚、新颖，服装设计符合妆发设计主题，报名需提交能够体现化妆过程的视频，视频在报名时请提交上传至腾讯视频的链接，时长为3分钟，同时提交高清电子版妆发摄影片与整体造型摄影片，格【问：我在很久以前开办了一个网站，后来一直没有管它，这种情况需要备案吗？】答：如果你需要继续使用，则需要进行网站公安备案，如果你不继续使用，则应该及时进行ICP信息注销，避免产生相应的法律责任。【问：我是仙桃人，在武汉开公司，长期在宜昌开展业务，那么我向哪个地方的公安机关申报备案？】答：个人网站以户籍所在地为准申报，单位网站以单位所在地为准申报。 式JPG，数量至少3张。

d. Makeup

At least one set of entries is required. The makeup and hair design should be fashionable and novel, and the costume design should be in line with the makeup and hair design theme. For registration, a videowithin3minutes that reflects the makeup process must beuploaded toTencent Video and the video link should be submitted. And each entry should submit high-definitionversion of makeup and hair photography and overall styling photography of their works in JPG format for registration,and the number shall be at least 3.

5.时尚微视频类：参赛作品至少1部，时长不超过10分钟，题材可为剧情短片、记录短片、动画短片、形象宣传片等，体现较强时代气息，报名需提交上传至腾讯视频的链接。

e. Micro-Film

At least one film, no more than 10 minutes in duration. Acceptable formats include, but are not limited to narrative short films, animated films, and video essays. All entries should be uploaded to Tencent video and submitted in the form of a link.

6.时尚摄影类：参赛作品至少2张，以时尚摄影、创意摄影为主，作品以JPG格式提交，单张照片不低于1000万像素，保留EXIF信息。

f. Photography

At least two sets of photographs, either in fashion photography or creative photography, to be submitted in JPG format, at a resolution no less than 10 million pixels, retaining EXIF data.

7. 时尚家居类：限定坐卧类、收纳类、椅凭类、照明类家具设计，可以是单个产品参赛，也可以是系列（组套）产品参赛，作品需要从创意、市场潜力、工艺可行性、成本等角度考虑。报名需提交高清电子版产品设计展示图1张，包含产品效果三视图、产品尺寸图、色彩及材质运用说明、应用场景图及作品详解（200-500字作品设计说明）。另，需要提交能充分表达作品创意的整体效果图4-10张，图片分辨率不低于300dpi，格式JPG。

g. Fashion Home Design

Including furniture design for sitting and lying style, storage, chairs and lighting design, etc. The entries can be single products or series (sets) entries. The entries need to be considered from the perspectives of creativity, market potential,technical feasibility and production costs. For registration, one high-definitionversion of product design display image should be submitted, including three views of the product, size of product, color and materialdescription, application scenario and detailed explanation of product (200-500 words of designintroduction). In addition, it is required to submit 4-10 overall effect drawing that can fully express the creativity of the work,and the resolution should not be less than 300dpi in JPG format.

（三）以上1、2两个类别的作品，获奖之后会通知寄出实物作品，大赛组委会对于因获奖邮寄到的服装类、配饰类作品，参赛完后将寄回参赛者，视频类、图片类作品将不再寄回，请各自留底。

C. For the works in categoriesa andb, The organizing committee will return all entries submitted in the form of clothing or accessories to the contestants after the competition. Photographs and videos will not be returned, so contestants should retain their own copies.

（四）参赛选手请及时关注大赛官方所发出的比赛进程消息，并保持手机畅通，以便工作人员对参赛信息的传达和沟通。

D. Participants should keep updated on official competition news by keeping their mobile phones on and functioning so that the staff can communicate necessary information.

版权说明

1.原创声明。所有参赛作品必须是参赛者原创作品，建议为2021年5月1日之后作品，作品内容所涉及的版权问题由参赛者本人负责，凡涉嫌抄袭或涉及知识产权问题的参赛作品，将自动失去参赛资格；若为得奖作品，则收回已颁发奖项及奖金并公告。如造成第三者之权益损失，参赛者需自行负担相关法律责任。

1. Original statement. All entries must be original works of the entrant. It is recommended to be works after May 1, 2021. The copyright issues involved in the content of the work are the responsibility of the entrant. All entries suspected of plagiarism or intellectual property issues will be automatically disqualified; if it is a prize-winning work, the awards and bonuses that have been awarded will be withdrawn and announced. If the loss of rights and interests of a third party is caused, the entrant shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.

2.参赛作品知识产权归属。所有参赛作品的知识产权归组委会所有，设计师享有署名权，组委会享有对相应设计作品进行再设计、生产、销售、展示、出版等商业用途的全部权益。

2.Ownership of the intellectual property rights of the entries. The intellectual property rights of all entries belong to the organizing committee, the designer has the rightof authorship, and the organizing committee has all the rights to redesign, produce, sell, display, and publish the corresponding design works for commercial purposes.

1.以上所有奖项奖金均为税前奖金且皆有获奖证书，具体奖项设计和获奖名额，会根据各类参赛类型作品质量适时调整；

参赛选手将参赛作品高清照片、微视频链接在大赛官网进行作品线上报名，并按要求填写相关信息，提交后等待后台审核通过。投稿时间为2021年11月10日-2023年4月10日。

2023年4月中旬、5月上旬，为初评与终评阶段，将按“网络投票+专家评审”相结合的形式评出获奖的作品。最终获得金、银、铜、佳作奖的参赛选手需将作品（服装实物、配饰实物）邮寄，邮出截止时间为2023年5月10日。

Registration and Contact Information

Participants can register by sending high-definition photos and links of micro-films to the competition official website, filling in the relevant information as required. After submitting, contestants should wait for a decision pending review. Registration will be open from November 10, 2021 to April 10, 2023.

The initial evaluation and final evaluation stage will run from Mid-April and early May 2023, during which works will be evaluated via a combination of online voting and expert review.
